§ 1 General remarks

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are used by us only in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act. The following provisions inform you about the means, scale and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy policy only relates to our websites. If you are transferred to our other pages via links from our pages, please inform yourself of the relevant handling of your data.

§ 2 Automatic data capture

For technical reasons the following data among other things is captured transferred to us by your internet browser:

-Browser type and version
-Operating system used
-The website from where you are visiting us (referrer URL)
-The website which you visit
-Date and time of your access
-Your internet protocol (IP) address

This anonymous data is saved separately from any personal data you may have supplied and in this way allows for no inferences about a specific person. They are used for statistical purposes to be able to optimise our web presence and our services.

§ 3 Inventory data

Your personal data is used exclusively for the operation of the agreement insofar as this is necessary for the design, content, or modification of the contractual relationship, (inventory data). In this way for example your name and your address must be passed on for delivering the goods to the goods suppliers. Without your express consent or without legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties external to the operation of the agreement.

By order of the bodies responsible, we are allowed in individual cases, to issue information about inventory data, insofar as this is necessary for criminal prosecution, danger prevention through the state police authorities, for fulfilling the legal duties of the federal and national authorities for the protection of the constitution, the German Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or for enforcing the rights to intellectual property.

§ 4 Usage data

Your personal data, which is necessary to enable and bill usage of our services (usage data) is used for executing the contract. Under usage data we include in particular details about your identification, particulars about the beginning and end as well as the extent of the relevant usage and notes about the tele-services called on by you. We are allowed to transfer usage data for billing purposes (so-called billing data) to other suppliers or third parties, insofar as this is necessary for billing purposes with the user. This usage and billing data is deleted after complete payment of our charges. At the point of deletion, there is a blocking, insofar as a deletion conflicts with legal, statutory or contractual storage periods.

  1. We will use such usage data moreover for the purposes of advertising, market research or for need-based design of our services for creating user profiles when using pseudonyms. You are entitled to object to this type of use of your usage data. These user profiles are not put together with your personal data.
  2. So-called cookies are used for recognised the multiple use of online content by the same user. Cookies are little text files which your internet browser files and saves on your computer. They serve to optimise our internet presence and our services. These are so-called “session cookies” which are deleted again after the end of your visit. No personal data is collected through these cookies.

On written request you will be informed by us which data we have saved about your person (e.g. your name, address).
